Our Short-Term/Subacute Rehab program includes state-of-the-art equipment, designed to get patients back on their feet and return them to their normal routine. We provide intensive rehabilitation for those with subacute-care needs.

Our interdisciplinary team includes physicians, nurses, speech, occupational, and physical therapists, dietician and licensed social workers and more. We look forward to measurable progress with every patient and encourage them in their recovery and goal of returning home. Current programs include occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy. Other services are available as the patient’s needs indicate.
